A NEW chapter in history will roll into
Coal Creek Community Park and Mu-
seum at Korumburra on Sunday, Sep-
The park will host 150 vintage vehicles as part of
the Ford Model T National Rally.
Model T Fords of every description from 1908
to 1927 will appear, alongside the traditional park
attractions of bush skills, a blacksmith display, bush
railway and the old fashioned general store.
The vehicles will be on display from 10.30am
until about 2pm, with food vendors on site.
Model T enthusiasts from the USA, Canada, New
Zealand and South Africa are taking part in the rally
which will begin at Wild Dog Winery, Warragul, on
The visitors will travel to Warburton via Powell-
town on the Monday and return to South Gippsland
on the Tuesday, driving through Poowong, Loch,
Wonthaggi and Inverloch along the coastal road and
back to Lardner Park at Warragul.
A games day will be held at Lardner on Wednes-
day and on Thursday, September 29, and the rally
will visit Mirboo North for a vehicle display, farm-
